Everything was amazing. Especially the location of the place. It’s calm, green, has great sea and mountain view.

Internet was a bit weak.

Location and staff

Jacuzzi want working they kept telling it will be working within an hour but two days not working, bathroom door was broken and it was kept open always, need to improve the services and maintenance

The Jacuzzi hot water was not enough as hot water was solar. Water was cold.

We came to Vista Del Amor for the beginning of our honeymoon. The location was fantastic with immaculate views, the room was spacious, clean and modern, the pool was a great size and we especially loved the bathroom. We ordered breakfast to have in the pool both nights that we stayed which was delicious and had a massive selection. The staff were all lovely and very helpful but please note this is a very remote location and they do speak minimal English.

On the second night my wife wanted seafood, we were told the restaurant required a 6 hour notice to have seafood which we were not informed of at check in or that information wasn't listed anywhere, this was very disappointing as my wife loves seafood and we wanted to make the meal special for our last night, so not being told of the 6 hour notice period was frustrating. We also wanted a cocktail with dinner (this was around 7-7:30pm which is prime time for drinks) we were informed that the barman had gone home and cocktails were unavailable, again something we were not informed of.

- The Infinity pool and view was one the best watching the sunset in calm surroundings- The breakfast was good with lots of selection (however you had to pay for fresh turkish coffee - in all the places we stayed on our trip this was included within breakfast)- The hotel in itself was pretty and clean

- After staying for a couple of days we were asked to pay a bill which was incorrect by around 3500 Turkish Lire (around £80). After being shown a calculator showing me the amount I asked for a breakdown of the bill which was initially something they didn't want to do. "Extras" added on the bill were food we had not asked for (the most expensive starter which was offered to us as a treat by the waiter due to a mix up with drinks in the day), a bottle of wine we didn't order but had been opened and blamed on a misunderstanding, cocktails which were incorrect and already agreed we were not paying for and a drink I had purchased elsewhere! It's very lucky I checked the bill thoroughly and got these removed however I am still waiting on the hotel paying me back 760TL for a bottle of wine we didn't have, this is still being "sent to me" This shouldnt have happened in the first place.- The staff welcomed us with warmth and as the stay went on we told them our concerns and upon leaving it turned bitter as I had queried the bill -I had 3 people questioning me and the owner even laughed us out as he didn't understand the importance of what we were feeding back. You cant give food / drink to someone without knowing what is in it and the customer (us) should be listened to and not laughed at!- Little things make a big difference especially for the cost of the hotel were missing - cocktails were made incorrectly and not knowing what was added in them (if you had allergies this is dangerous), white/ rose wine was not cold and so served warm- We had to ask for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day - again with the amount we paid we would expect there to be a daily room clean. We were met with - we will see what we can do as the cleaners are cleaning rooms for new guests. They did do it but v strange we had to ask.

Everything was perfect. When you got to a place like this, it's magical, the staff, the facilities, the view, the environment. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. The king suite or honeymoon suite is what me and my wife and I stayed in, and pictures do not do it any justice. It was beyond magical it was an experience we will both cherish forever. The private pool and hot tub made every day and night amazing. Being able to watch the sunset from the comfort of our own pool was special. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to leave. I have forgotten the receptionist's name, but she helped in every single way she could, also making sure our stay was perfect. From communicating with taxi drivers for us as we don't speak the best Turkish to always asking I'd there was anything we needed. All the staff were amazing and if you go please cherish every moment you have here. Beautiful stay the most beautiful stay me and my wife have had and we love to travel, but even better staff. Will most definitely be coming back.

Amazing views - this is probably the only highlight of this place

Staff has been trained to be rigid and follow too many annoying rules. They won’t clean the room unless you ask them quoting privacy issues and then literally harass you to have the grass cutter work your lawn because that’s when he shows up. Very hypocritical and annoying. Our jacuzzi never worked, they spent a whole day fixing it and claimed it was fixed only for our hopes to be crashed again. They tried to fix it and then broke something else. Staff does not communicate much. Overall it seemed as though they didn’t really care much for customer service or inconvenience

The calm is exceptional, the weather and the view are all of great value.The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The wifi wasn’t very well in the rooms but outside was good

I'm delighted to have chosen this establishment. The room's comfort and the incredibly warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff, particularly Mr. Mehmet, Ms. Aslı, and the rest of the team, made us feel like cherished guests in a dear friend's home. The heated pool, which we indulged in both day and night while soaking in the breathtaking views, was truly delightful. Moreover, the jacuzzi nestled in the garden next to the pool is legendary indeed. It was my first time experiencing such luxury. Even in slightly chilly weather, the allure of a warm pool or a hot jacuzzi is simply irresistible. The panoramic vistas during the day and the magical experience beneath the stars at night were unforgettable. Our dinner at the restaurant was a culinary masterpiece, featuring freshly caught seafood expertly prepared by Chef Mehmet Yalçınkaya and his skilled team. The appetizers offered unique flavors that tantalized my taste buds like never before. Throughout the evening, Mr. Mehmet and the team regaled us with delightful anecdotes, making our conversations truly enjoyable. In a word, it was perfection. Vista del Amor Faralya offers a truly unique concept, setting it apart from the numerous hotels, conference venues, and holiday destinations I've frequented due to my profession. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable getaway. Don't hesitate to book your stay here at your earliest convenience. The property was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of the coast. It was very clean and spacious. My partner and I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend staying at vista del amor. The staff was incredible and Asll helped us with everything we needed.

The view and all decoration of houses and garden is amazing and stylish! And also everything you need was already placed in the room. So we had a great holiday while enjoying the view in our room

The prices of restaurant was too high

Everything was simply wonderful. Service, cleanliness, staff attention... It was also enjoyable to have a private pool in my room, the room decoration was magnificent.

The facility promises silence, calm and peace, the facility has a complete sea view, the sea is visible from every part of the hotel, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The food was amazing, and our room had a great view! Would recommend especially getting a room with the pool too.

The jacuzzi was old and didn't work properly.

Romantic getaway spot, fabulous restaurant where everything is made fresh and served with a smile. Bubbly hot tub with a view on the terrace is fantastic

Everything, truly a fantastic and romantic place to share a couple time. Everything is perfect, honestly.

The only slightly negative (if it even is to be honest) is the fact that checking out an hour later was apparently not acceptable even though the room wasn't booked after us (we ended up keeping the room for another night)

Very warm welcoming , even before arrival we received a call from the hotel about expectations Hotel is very clean , comfortable , very speedy room service.We stayed at a villa with a private pool which was very very comfortable.

The room was amazing with great views and very private

1. The step into the private pool wasn't attached well, so we avoided using it for fear of it breaking it is hurting ourselves2. Wine is extremely expensive. Better to buy the local beer3. Know that coffee and water at breakfast cost extra, we didn't know until we were checking out and asked to pay additional money

Beautiful location, rooms were clean, the pool was really nice. The staff were helpful throughout. I would highly recommend a stay over there.

The drive to the place is a little tiresome, but it's worth it for the view from the room

location is great, territory of the hotel is very beautiful, excellent breakfast, personal at the restaurant, bar and reception is very friendly and helpful, so was the guy who always help us with our luggage

at 11:40 maid found us at the pool and ask us to collect our bags because of check out time, it was weird
